My name is Corban Goble and I'm a 23-year-old writer living in New York City. I moved to New York last August from Kansas, a lovely yet never-changing state.
I love living and writing in New York. I get a lot of "you're from Kansas? Why on earth did you move here?" and I have a pretty simple answer. I love music and the culture surrounding new music, love doing things that make me uncomfortable (personal growth, not masochism), love writing, love sports, and hate driving. So, there you go.
I like having a lot of things on my plate and have experience in television, print, the Internet, and in good ol' fashioned dry academic writing. It's a tough time for journalists and so much about that landscape is changing...but I find that immensely exciting.
